Women across Advantage are creating positive change."

IRVINE, California — Twenty-four Advantage leaders, including CEO Tanya Domier, have been named Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer.

Now in its 14th year, Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery awards honor the vital role women play across the food retail industry. Eleven Advantage leaders were recognized as Top Women in Grocery Senior Executives and 13 were named Top Women in Grocery Rising Stars.

“Women across the Advantage enterprise, from entry-level positions to the c-suite, are adding value for our clients and customers and creating positive change in our business and in the industry,” said Advantage President and Chief Commercial Officer Jill Griffin. “Our leaders represent nearly 13% of all Senior Executives and 6% of all Rising Stars recognized as the Top Women in Grocery this year. The Top Women in Grocery 2020 comprises 350 women leaders, including 87 Senior-Level Executives, 202 Rising Stars and 61 Store Managers. The awards honor women across all segments of the food, food retail and grocery industries who demonstrated above-and-beyond achievements between April 2019 and March 1, 2020.
