IRVINE. California — To best protect associates and meet the emerging needs of our workforce in the new environment, Advantage Solutions will be moving to a new headquarters office in Orange County, California. The new office space will be completed within a year.

“Because our current Irvine location is a highly populated, 10-story building that is occupied and visited by many others, we are designing a new workspace that will ensure everyone’s safety while fostering strong teamwork and creativity,” explained Advantage CEO Tanya Domier. “I am excited about our new corporate headquarters, which will accelerate the evolution of our services through a space specifically built for collaboration and innovation.”

Associates based in the Irvine headquarters office will remain on a work-from-home order at this time, further enabling this opportunity for build out and transition.

Advantage’s new workspace will have an open floorplan and open ceilings, allowing for custom partitioning, limited private workspaces and areas that allow for collaboration with the appropriate physical distancing.

“We have an opportunity to create a space that supports our business, while making our associates feel comfortable, confident and safe,” Domier said. “Relocating our headquarters office is a big step and I’m looking forward to working together in our new state-of-the-art space, custom designed for our most important, most valuable asset: our associates.”
