Tanya Domier served as CEO of Advantage Solutions from January 2013 through March 2022.
She joined Advantage Solutions in 1990, quickly rising through the company’s ranks, holding a variety of executive-level positions in sales, marketing and operations. In 2000, she led the formation of the award-winning marketing division, Advantage Marketing Partners. As president and chief operating officer, a position she held from 2010 until assuming her CEO role, Domier developed a strategic plan that continues to foster a performance-driven culture that emphasizes the importance of proactively adding value and delivering results for clients and customers.
During her tenure as CEO, Domier led the development of a suite of digital technology solutions to help brands and retailers as they address the challenges they face in today’s omnichannel world. She also led the company’s growth as an international presence offering integrated outsourced solutions to multinational clients, providing them with a single strategic partner and best practices across 40 countries.
In October 2020, she guided Advantage as it became a public company trading on the Nasdaq exchange under the symbol “ADV.”
Domier is a member of the board of directors of Yum! Brands Inc.
Jill Griffin joined Advantage in 2008 as president, experiential marketing. In 2010, she was named president of Advantage Marketing Partners, leading the collective of agencies from a primarily shopper marketing practice to a top-ranked omnichannel marketing solutions provider of award-winning consumer, brand, experiential, digital, social, mobile, multicultural, foodservice and retail media marketing services.
In 2019, she began her tenure as president and chief commercial officer, sharing executive leadership responsibility for the Advantage Sales division and having sole responsibility for the Advantage Marketing division and the Advantage Digital Technology division. She assumed the role of CEO in April 2022.
Prior to joining Advantage, Griffin served as president of Navarre Corporation’s interactive publishing division, providing outsourced brand marketing and retail distribution for leading entertainment properties. She began her career with TMP Worldwide in business development and client service.
She was inducted into Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery Hall of Fame in 2018.
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Brian Stevens shares executive leadership responsibility for the Advantage Sales organization and SAS Retail Services divisions. In addition, he has global oversight of Advantage’s finance and accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax, mergers and acquisitions and customer service.
Stevens previously served as vice president of finance at Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc., where he provided global oversight for the finance, accounting and IT departments and helped lead a successful initial public offering in 2004. Stevens spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of roles.
Chief Financial Officer for North America Dean Kaye is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, including financial business support, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, audit, tax, payroll and treasury.
Since joining Advantage in 2005, Kaye has held leadership roles in finance and business operations, including vice president of client services and business operations within the marketing segment. He is certified by the California Board of Accountancy with a CPA and earned his Chartered Management Accountant designation in the United Kingdom prior to relocating to the United States.
General Counsel & Secretary Bryce Robinson is responsible for oversight of Advantage Solutions’ legal department, providing counsel regarding a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, international joint ventures, private equity transactions, compliance, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Robinson’s career includes in-house and external counsel roles. Prior to joining Advantage, he was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at InSight Health, a healthcare services company.
As group president, omnicommerce solutions, Andrea Young leads Advantage Sales, Advantage Unified Commerce, Waypoint and R2 Solutions and has global oversight of Club Demonstration Services.
She previously served as co-president, Advantage Customer Experience, directing the vision, strategy and growth of the division’s global portfolio of retailer-centric experiential marketing businesses. Prior to joining Advantage in 2011 as senior vice president, experiential marketing, Young served in senior sales, operations and business integration roles at multiple agencies within Omnicom Group.
Young is a founding member of the Advantage Diversity, Equity & Inclusion board.
As president, data and digital, Michael Harris is charged with shaping and executing Advantage Solutions’ evolution as a data-directed commerce solutions provider.
Harris leads Advantage Intelligence and a select group of digital, consumer, foodservice and experiential marketing agencies, including Adlucent, AMP Agency, Halverson, Marlin Network, Upshot, SixSpeed and Sunflower Group. He also oversees Advantage’s innovation initiatives and enterprise communications.
Before joining Advantage in 2015, Harris worked within marketing agencies on two continents, including Interpublic’s Marketing Drive/Match Marketing Group in Connecticut and London-based BBL Marketing Communications, which he founded.
President, Global Customer Solutions Michael Taylor leads Advantage Solutions’ global retailer-focused businesses and teams, including Daymon, SAS Retail Services and other retailer experiential marketing services, plus brand strategy and marketing agencies inKLOUT, Hatch and Promopoint.
Taylor, who previously served as president of Daymon, also leads Advantage’s Customer Collaboration Center of Excellence.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions spanning retail, business management and business development. Taylor began his career with PepsiCo Inc.
Corey Weiner is CEO and founder of Jun Group, an advertising technology company that was acquired by Advantage Solutions in 2018. Today, he leads the enterprise’s Media and Technology group, which combines the advertising technology, sampling and machine learning capabilities of Jun Group, Brand Connections, Brandshare and Strong Analytics, and is focused on growing Advantage’s technology-led businesses through organic growth and by sourcing and completing mergers and acquisitions.
Weiner also provides guidance for enterprise-wide sales and automation efforts.
Executive Vice President, People, Talent and Culture
Executive Vice President, People, Talent and Culture Betsi Gijanto leads Advantage’s People organization, comprising Advantage’s human resources and talent teams. She sets the vision for the company’s talent management philosophy, champions the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding and retaining the best industry talent and is responsible for ensuring the company’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is woven into the fabric of all people initiatives. Gijanto also leads Advantage’s leadership development, training, associate relations, compensation, benefits and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Gijanto joined Advantage in 2015 and has served in a number of talent and operations roles, most recently as senior vice president, enterprise talent, a role created to put greater focus on the professional development and career opportunities and mobility across the enterprise. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership roles in the public and private sector, including at Knowme Inc., Crave Games and Encore Software.
