Advantage Solutions CEO Tanya Domier joined Advantage in 1990, quickly rising through the company’s ranks, holding a variety of executive-level positions in sales, marketing and operations. She has served on the company’s board of directors since 2006.
In 2000, Domier led the formation of Advantage’s award-winning marketing division, Advantage Marketing Partners. As president and chief operating officer, a position Domier held from 2010 until assuming her CEO role in January 2013, she developed a new strategic plan for the company with a focus on five pillars: People, Culture, Creating Raving Fans of Clients and Customers, Operational Efficiency and Growth. This strategy fosters a performance-driven culture that emphasizes the importance of proactively adding value and delivering results for each of Advantage’s clients and customers. Her efforts led to the transformation of Advantage from a sales and marketing company to a leader in outsourced business services and solutions.
In addition to her duties as Advantage CEO, Domier is a member of the board of directors of Nordstrom Inc., Yum! Brands Inc., and Enactus an international nonprofit organization promoting entrepreneurship for college students.
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer Brian Stevens shares executive leadership responsibility for the Advantage Sales organization and has sole leadership responsibility for the Waypoint foodservice and SAS Retail Services divisions. In addition, he has global oversight of Advantage’s finance and accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax, mergers and acquisitions and customer service.
Stevens previously served as vice president of finance at Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc., where he provided global oversight for the finance, accounting and IT departments and helped lead a successful initial public offering in 2004. Stevens spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of roles.
President and Chief Commercial Officer Jill Griffin shares executive leadership responsibility for the Advantage sales organization and has sole leadership responsibility for the Advantage marketing division. She led Advantage Marketing Partners from a primarily shopper marketing practice to a top-ranked omnichannel marketing solutions provider that embraces consumer, brand, experiential, digital, social, mobile, multicultural and foodservice marketing practices. In 2019, it ranked seventh on Ad Age’s list of the largest U.S. marketing agencies from all disciplines and 15th on its list of the world’s largest agency companies.
Her career has included leadership roles in marketing, sales, client service and operations at high-growth, outsourced services companies. Prior to joining Advantage, Griffin served as president of Navarre Corporation’s interactive publishing division, providing outsourced brand marketing and retail distribution for leading entertainment properties. She began her career with TMP Worldwide in business development and client service.
She was inducted into the Top Women in Grocery Hall of Fame in 2018.
Chief People Officer Melissa Oesterreich leads the human resources organization and is responsible for engaging Advantage Solutions’ vast and diverse workforce. She develops and guides the company’s talent management philosophy and champions the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. Oesterreich also leads Advantage’s leadership development, training, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Oesterreich has held a wide range of roles at Advantage, including executive vice president, client services and operations for the Advantage sales organization, where she was responsible for retaining and developing the company’s strategic, national client relationships.
Chief Information Officer Rekha Ramesh is responsible for the company’s infrastructure, business systems, mobility and back-office applications. She served as the head of global IT and digital at Daymon Worldwide until its strategic combination with Advantage in December 2017.
Ramesh brings progressive leadership experience in a wide range of industries, including retail services, consumer goods, entertainment and direct selling. She has a unique global perspective, having managed workforces across more than 30 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
General Counsel & Secretary Bryce Robinson is responsible for oversight of Advantage Solutions’ legal department, providing counsel regarding a wide variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, international joint ventures, private equity transactions, compliance, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Robinson’s career includes in-house and external counsel roles. Prior to joining Advantage, he was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at InSight Health, a healthcare services company.
As president, customer experience for Advantage Solutions, Andrea Young leads the agencies that make up Advantage Marketing Partners’ experiential division. Young’s teams deliver exceptional consumer experiences designed to build brands, inspire advocacy and drive product sales.
She directs the vision, innovation and acquisition strategies for the division, which includes a customer base of 12 of the top 20 U.S. grocery retailers. During her tenure, Advantage Marketing Partners has been named the No. 1 Experiential Marketing Agency in the United States by Ad Age magazine for six consecutive years.
President, Consumer & Shopper Marketing Brian Kristofek leads Advantage Marketing Partners’ consumer and shopper marketing organization. He joined Advantage in 2016 with the acquisition of the Upshot agency, which he led for more than 20 years.
Earlier in his career, Kristofek worked for Anheuser-Busch Inc. in brand management and at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and Euro RSCG Tatham ad agencies.
As president of Waypoint, Chuck Mascari Jr. leads Advantage’s national foodservice and non-food sales and marketing agency. Mascari entered the foodservice business working for a family-owned sales and marketing agency, C. Mascari and Associates, in 1991 and held many roles before assuming the role of president in 2004.
He joined Advantage Waypoint as president, Midwest division, when the business was created in 2011 by combining the existing Waypoint alliance of eight regional foodservice agencies and C. Mascari and Associates.
As president of Advantage Digital Technology, Chris Butler sets the strategy for the division, which drives value for clients through operational optimization, online expansion and retail execution. Butler oversees Advantage Solutions’ e-commerce agencies Sage Tree, Beekeeper Marketing and Quiverr and the e-commerce content and analytics technology platforms The Data Council, Atlas and Canopy.
Butler previously led all aspects of e-commerce at Mondelēz North America, including sales, marketing, supply chain, digital activation, performance management and growth channels. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles in sales and marketing at Nestlé.
As president of Club Demonstration Services (CDS), Don Dohanyos leads the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
Dohanyos joined CDS in 1989, a year after its founding. He rose through the ranks beginning as the company’s first controller, implementing fiscal policies and procedures that brought stability and order to the fast-growing company. Under his leadership, CDS has expanded operations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Spain, France and China.
President, Digital & Media Gary Colen leads Advantage’s digitally centric portfolio of agencies, which provide a variety of digital business solutions including creative, marketing performance, and data and media solutions. He also serves as CEO of AMP Agency.
Colen’s career has by characterized by building businesses and teams. He has launched, grown and sold three marketing services companies. Colen serves as an advisor to startup companies and is a member of the board of National Safe Place, which works to protect and serve at-risk youth across the United States.
President, Sales Lisa Klauser leads the Advantage sales organization, responsible for overseeing headquarter sales services; enabling technology; analytics, insights and intelligence; retail services; and business process outsourcing.
She previously served as president of the shopper division, including IN Connected and EDGE Marketing, leading these practices to market leadership. Prior to joining the company in 2014, Klauser spent 19 years at Unilever, including serving as vice president of consumer and customer solutions and a member of Unilever’s North American Executive Leadership Team.
President, SAS Retail Services Michael Bellman leads more than 20,000 associates nationwide in providing customized in-store merchandising services for a growing number of retailers. A founding partner of SAS, he has held a variety of leadership positions at the company, including chief financial officer, where he oversaw many acquisitions, including the one that brought SAS into the Daymon Worldwide fold in 2010.
As president, Bellman transformed SAS into the industry leader in retailer-centric merchandising with a new model that incorporates planogram design, integrated technology and highly trained associates to ensure speed, efficiency and accuracy.
As executive vice president, strategy and development, Michael Harris is responsible for service innovation and business development across the Advantage Solutions enterprise including the Advantage Sales, Marketing Partners and Advantage Digital Technology divisions.
He has developed advertising, media, promotion, shopper marketing, experiential marketing and digital and social media solutions for some of the most storied brands in the world. Prior to joining Advantage, he grew and led marketing agencies on two continents, including Match Marketing Group in Connecticut and London-based BBL Marketing Communications, which he founded.
As president of Daymon, Michael Taylor is responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, branding and creative services for Daymon’s retailer clients and supplier partners. He previously served as Daymon’s senior vice president of sales.
Earlier in his career, he held various leadership positions spanning retail, business management and business development. Taylor began his career with PepsiCo Inc.
