In-store experiences and events have an immediate and a lasting effect on shopper behavior, according to “5 Reasons In-Store Experiences & Events Matter,” a new infographic by Advantage Customer Experience, Advantage Solutions’ collective of experiential marketing agencies.
Nearly every shopper surveyed by Advantage (94%) said events have influenced their decisions to purchase products, according to Advantage Customer Experience. More than three-fourths of shoppers (78%) have repurchased products they learn about at an in-store experience or event.
More than half of shoppers (57%) surveyed reported they are more likely to frequent a grocery store that offers in-store experiences.
