  • For the week ending March 15, 2020, 59% of consumers said COVID-19 had impacted their shopping behavior, up from 33% the week prior.
  • Nearly 30% of shoppers are replacing in-store trips with online shopping.
  • Shopping is becoming much more targeted, with more shopping happening at club, food, mass and dollar stores.
