Consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers are hoping to motivate their headquarters and sales associates to return to their offices by offering more flexibility, according to nearly 100 manufacturers and retailers surveyed by Advantage Sales.

Three-fourths of manufacturers and more than half of retailers are offering hybrid work schedules. Nearly four in 10 manufacturers and three in 10 retailers are allowing flexible arrival and departure times.

Four in 10 manufacturers and two in 10 retailers have modified their office layouts for social distancing.
