Working at Advantage

IRVINE, Calif. ― Six Advantage Solutions leaders have been named Women of Influence in the food industry by The Shelby Report, the highly regarded website and publication for the food and grocery business.

They are:

  • Rebecca Vukelich, regional business manager, Advantage Sales
  • Michelle Aloi, senior director global sourcing, product development and innovation-Japan, Daymon
  • Joelle Dove, director business development, Daymon
  • Dianne Galang, vice president of new business development, Daymon
  • Kim Hoffman, director of retail insights and solutions, Daymon
  • Lindsey Lombard, marketing director, Daymon

Each of the honorees were recognized in all five U.S. regions broken out by The Shelby Report: Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and West.

At Advantage Solutions, Vukelich has worked with leading consumer packaged goods companies on the development and introduction of new items and brands, including creating advertising and marketing programs, driving sales volume and building brand loyalty.

“We are all so proud of Rebecca for this well-deserved honor,” said Shelly Jacoby, senior vice president, Advantage Sales. “With her 24 years at Advantage, Rebecca has experienced all the dramatic changes we have witnessed in the food industry and continues to navigate those today. She is such a valued member of our team and we’re thrilled to see her get this recognition.”

The five honorees from private-brands agency Daymon are longtime associates, each with more than 10 years of service. “Daymon is quickly growing beyond what the industry knows us for, so it is an exciting time to be with this company,” said Galang, a 17-year Daymon associate.

“Working across our great company with associates who are passionate about private brands, value collaboration and represent our ‘noble, profitable and fun’ mantra equates to the best job ever,” Hoffman added. “The most rewarding part of the job is the people. We are a spirited group, inspiring each other to push beyond what we think we know.”
