IRVINE, California — Advantage Solutions has been awarded a place on the Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers for the second consecutive year. Advantage is ranked in the top 50 companies (No. 48) and is the second-highest-ranked professional services company.
Forbes and Statista select Canada’s Best Employers 2023 through an independent survey applied to a sample of more than 12,000 Canadian employees working for companies with more than 500 employees in Canada. The evaluation is based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who are asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also include other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
