IRVINE, California — Christina Coyle, formerly head of talent acquisition, North America for ISS Facility Services, has joined Advantage Solutions in the newly created role of senior vice president of talent acquisition.

Coyle will lead Advantage’s Enterprise Talent Acquisition team, overseeing all high-volume, professional and executive recruiting in the United States and Canada; the implementation of best-in-class practices for recruiting, hiring and onboarding associates; and talent acquisition innovation, noted Advantage Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Brian Stevens.

Coyle’s Fortune 500 experience includes roles at Walmart, Samsung and Verizon, where she designed and implemented talent solutions. As a talent acquisition leader, she optimized employment brand, process redesign, configurable technology and smart automation through the eyes of the applicant.

As head of U.S. restaurant workforce planning and talent attraction for McDonald’s, she directly supported the U.S. chief people officer in the ideation, building and implementation of an award-winning talent platform and related product offerings to franchisees and company-owned restaurants.

Most recently at ISS Facility Services, Coyle served as head of talent acquisition for North America, where she designed and launched the transformation from collective recruiting activities to a true talent acquisition function, with the enablement to scale and attract people who care.

“We’re thrilled to be welcoming Christina to the Advantage family as we continue to focus on being our industry’s employer of choice,” Stevens said.
