The top reasons consumers shop on Amazon are lower prices (62.3%), free shipping (53.7%) and fast shipping (52.4%), according to the “Amazon Prime Day 2019 Report” by Adlucent, an Advantage Marketing Partners agency.

Three-fourths of online shoppers planned to shop on Amazon Prime Day 2019, according to results of a survey of 1,000 U.S. consumers by Adlucent, an Advantage Marketing Partners agency. Of those, 68% said they’ll also be looking outside of Amazon to comparison shop on other sites, including Walmart (50%), Target (33%) and Best Buy (32%). Nearly one-third, 31%, said they plan to shop beyond these big box e-commerce sites.
