IRVINE, Calif. — Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC has acquired Atlas Technology Group, a leading technology company that provides brands with insights and tools through its proprietary application suite to enhance product sales in store.

Atlas integrates with retailers’ internal platforms and data sources to empower consumer packaged goods manufacturers with the most comprehensive view of their product status and performance. The Atlas suite also leverages this information for more efficient in-store merchandising execution and optimized space planning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nick Dozier, CEO of Atlas Technology Group, will lead the new business unit, which will continue operating under its current name.

Atlas is headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas, and will continue to be based there.
