Working at Advantage

IRVINE, Calif. — Advantage Solutions has expanded eligibility to its Advantage Solutions Better Together Education Foundation employee scholarship program, previously available to college undergraduate students.

Starting March 2, 2023, part-time and full-time associates in the U.S. and Canada with a minimum of one year of employment with the company, including all Advantage divisions and agencies, may apply for one of 10 scholarships of $10,000. For 2023, the program is open to high school students and graduates, college undergraduates and graduate students who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time course of study at an accredited college or university (including CEGEP) for the entire 2023-2024 academic year.

“The Better Together Education Foundation scholarship was created to act on our very strong belief that our greatest assets are our associates and to provide financial assistance to those who wish to pursue their personal and professional goals through higher education,” said Advantage CEO Dave Peacock.

Advantage continues to partner with Scholarship America, a leader in private scholarship management, to administer the program. Scholarship program details, including the application and guidelines, are available on the  Advantage Solutions Better Together Education Foundation Scholarship website.
